Order Guide
1.  How to find my preferred products?
  There are 3 simple steps to shop at yumclick.com.
 
 

Step 1: Locate products by browsing at Home page. The browsing menus are found at the home page and they are located on the left hand column of your screen (refer to image 1). The home page displays the Categories (Grocery, Beauty & Health). Click at these categories to see the Sub-category (Breakfast, Canned Food, Hot Beverages, Instant, Kitchen and Snacks & Tibits etc.). Click at selection of item groups (cereal & spread, coffee, biscuits, pasta & noodle, baby bath, body wash, face skin care, men & women fitness etc) available within. Click the item and you will see a detailed explanation of the item's features.

Step 2: Type in keyword at Product Search bar. The space bar is located at the top of every display page. Find your favourite or specific items by entering a brand name, an item description, or just type in keywords in the space bar (refer to image 2). Example key-in; drinks, chocolate, Milo, Coca cola and etc. A list of matching items will be displayed that best match your search.

Step 3: When you find the items you want to buy, click "Add" (refer to image 3). To view or change the contents of your cart or to check your shipping cost, click “view cart” at the top right hand corner.

2.  There is a wide variety of products, how do I know what I have selected?
 

Customer's cart is just display at the top right hand corner of the screen (refer to Image 4). Select and click at the products that you want to buy, and the total number of items will be shown in your cart. Total product price is automatically calculated so you can check your shopping budget. Click “view cart” to view the selected items in your cart.

To change the item’s quantity, key in the exact quantity in the box (next to the product) and click update price to recalculate the total price.

3.  How to check the product’s weight?
 

To check individual product’s weight:
You can check the individual product’s weight beside the product price (refer to image 5).

You can also shop according to the individual product’s weight. Simply select the weight range at the left hand column of the screen and a list of items (within that weight range) will be displayed (refer to image 6).

To check total product’s weight:
To view the total product’s weight, click “view cart”. In the view cart page, you can see the individual product’s weight and the total product’s weight.

Note that the total product weight includes product’s individual weight and packing weight.

4.  Can I check my shipping cost?
 

Yes, you can check your shipping cost in the view cart page:

To check your shipping cost, choose the shipping method and country of delivery at box 1 (refer to image 7) and click “calculate shipping cost”. The shipping cost will be shown at the bottom. (refer to image 8)

After calculating your shipping cost, a weight range table will be shown at box 2. You can check the weight range and shipping cost for the country you have chosen.  

For example, if you choose Australia as the country of delivery, and your total product weight is 0.24kg. By referring to the weight range table, your total product weight falls under the 0.5kg range (US$25.62). You can either add more products to reach 0.5kg or other weight range (refer to image 9).

To add more products, you can click “add more products” button or shop by the individual product’s weight located at the left hand corner of your screen.

Note: There will be a handling charge of US$5.00. 

When you have finished shopping, run through your item list in your cart and click "Check out".

5.  What should I do after "Check Out"?
 

You will see our login screen.
 
If this is your first purchase with yumclick.com, create your account at "For New Customer" box (refer to image 10) to set up your account and key in your information (recipient address should be exactly as your credit card statement). Your default password for your account is "mypassword". To change the default password, simply go to "My Account" to reset.

Check all your information is correct and click the "Continue" button (refer to image 11).

The next page will show your Order Details (refer to image 12). To proceed with your payment, click “Proceed to Payment” button.

6.  What are the methods of payment?
 

We only offer credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club etc) through paypal. Simply click on the PayPal icon to proceed with your payment. It is a SSL secured and encrypted site. All credit card details are kept confidential.

7.  How do I know if my order is successful or not?
 

Upon successful payment via PayPal, you will also receive an instant e-mail notice sent by them (paypal payment receipt transaction); merchant stated in the email will be contact@yumclick.com

8. How can I check my order status?
 

Your order information is located under ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. You may view the status of your order and look at which items you have ordered. Login to view.

1.  Do I need to register to shop?
 

No, it is not necessary to register and shop at YumClick. You may begin shopping right away. Automatically, you are YumClick customer once you make your first purchase at YumClick online shopping store.

Creating an account makes your shopping more convenient. Your account stores your contact details, so that you don’t have to key-in your information at every purchase. You can enjoy express checkout for payment, track your purchase, be inform on latest promotions, create personal shopping list for a party or for your next shopping with us.

3.  What can I do in my account?
 

You can update your contact information (e-mail, phone numbers); or change your password. You can also view your purchase history, restore and repeat your past purchases, and quicker shopping with Wish List.

4.  Can I create an account first and shop next time? 
 

Yes, of course! All you need to do is fill in your information (address, e-mail and contact number) in the “Sign up”. On your next visit to www.yumclick.com, simply log in with your e-mail address and your password, and start your online shopping!

6.  What is a “Wish List”?
 

You can create a list of items that you wish to purchase in your next visit. It is a great help especially if you are planning for gifts for your love ones, birthday party, events or festive celebrations on the next month. By creating your list in advance, lets you have more time to do other thing.
 
It is also your personal shopping list; a compile list of items to be purchased by a shopper. It also serves as a reminder and checklist during one’s shopping.   At yumclick.com, you can prepare this list at finger tips.

7.  How to create my Wish List?
 

First do a login or sign up. Next, start selecting and click at the product, inside the product description, click at the icon wishlist button. Your list is automatically saved. If you want to view or made any amendment, simply go to “Wishlist” at the top of the page.

The next time you log in at our site, you may retrieve the wish list at “Wishlist” and continue from where you have left off.

8.   Can I retrieve my previous purchase as my current purchase?
 

Yes, you can as well. Login and go to My Account. Click on "review my previous order".
Browse the particular order number that you want, then under Restore, click "Yes".

If you want to buy the same items with same quantity and you do not wish to change your shipping method and country on that particular order number, just click at "Checkout".

You may change the quantity, delete any items, add new items (go to continue shopping) or change your shipping method and country.
Note that your shipping cost will change according to the country you have chosen.

3.  How soon can I receive my order?
 

International orders are received between 5 to 21 days, depend on the country location. As we cannot control the local customs or delivery services in your country, therefore some orders may take longer.

4.  Can I return or exchange my orders?
 

Exchange of damage item will be sent only when we have received the returned purchases and are subject to stock availability. If damaged item does not have stock available, we will replace by another variant (example of variant are fragrance, colour, flavour) or same price with different brand. We will communicate by email with customers on these matter.

5.   Can I cancel my orders?
 

Once you have made a successful payment, your credit card will be charged and your order is process instantly. By making payment means you have made final decision on order. Once your order is process or shipped we are unable to cancel your order.
